Schengen-upplýsingakerfið ætti að innihalda skráningar um einstaklinga sem óskað er eftir að verði handteknir með afhendingu í huga og óskað er eftir að verði handteknir með framsal í huga. Til viðbótar við skráningarnar er rétt að kveða á um skipti á viðbótarupplýsingum fyrir milligöngu SIRENE-skrifstofanna sem eru nauðsynlegar í málsmeðferð vegna afhendingar og framsals.

In addition to alerts, it is appropriate to provide for the exchange of supplementary information through the SIRENE Bureaux which is necessary for the surrender and extradition procedures.
